Mark Mannara, who goes by the name of Canetis, is a house music Producer and DJ. Canetis was born in Rome and grew up in Milan before making his way to the NYC club scene. From an early age, he witnessed the evolution of dance music in Europe. Canetis started producing music and DJ’ing at the age 11. Since then, he performed in some of the biggest clubs in New York City such as Williamsburg Hotel, Somewhere Nowhere, the Brooklyn Monarch, and 230 Fifth.
Canetis has produced numerous original singles and collaborated with various artists. He is part of the NYC underground house music scene and still continues to play after hour shows in warehouses. Canetis has ties with figures known generationally among the house music world.
